I may claim that no one is controlling my mind but me. However, I may also have little clue as to what programs and feelings have become so habitual that I behave as though I have very little control of what I think or feel. You are not alone. This is a very common human condition that takes conscious effort to remedy.
Two types of breathing that can change your life
